Coding Mastery, LLC (https://codingmastery.com) is designed to provide surgical coding education to coders and medical professionals. The purpose of sharing our privacy policy is to inform you what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct the information.
This policy applies only for customers in the United States.

Please read our privacy policy carefully. By using our website, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Personally, identifiable information provided by visitors (name, e-mail, address, etc.) is never disclosed or sold to third parties which might use the information to send unsolicited visitors information.
Collecting Your Information
There may be times (such as when you purchase or order a product, subscribe to a service, register an account, etc.), when we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name and email address. We may request your credit card information which will be processed through a third party payment processor, when applicable. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases.
Whether or not to provide such information is your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services on our website. In addition, we may need to contact you via email to address questions or issues specific to your order or account.
Generally, you can visit the codingmastery.com website and view our free articles without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, including name and email. We may also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment, your name and profile picture (if enabled) associated with your comment may be visible to the public.
Using or Sharing Information You Provide
We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, and analyzing trends and statistics for the Coding Mastery website.

Coding Mastery, LLC, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, have no control over the privacy policies of any third party providers, and therefore, do not assume responsibility or liability for such policies.
Currently, we are utilizing Stripe for payment processing, and Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of use can be viewed via their website: https://stripe.com.

A “cookie” is a small amount of data sent from a web server to your browser and is stored on your hard drive. Other tracking technology works similarly to cookies and places a small amount of data on your device to monitor your website activity. Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your username will be included in the reset email.
Also, as described above, your information may be processed by Stripe as a third-party payment processor when purchasing products or services that require validation of payment information.
Updating, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from Coding Mastery, please let us know by contacting us by email (codingmastery1@gmail.com).
Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address or other personal information with us please contact us in the same way.
If you have an account on our site, or have left comments, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Note that any requests to remove or update your personal information may take up to ten business days to complete.
Protecting Children
This website is not designed for and does not intentionally target or solicit children 18 years of age or younger. Additionally, Coding Mastery does not knowingly collect any information from children.
Policy Changes
If we decide to change our Privacy Policies in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our web site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
